The industrial oven’s heated chamber is designed for a wide range of applications, including curing, baking, and drying components, parts, or even finished products.
Our industrial ovens are built to meet NFPA86 standards as Class B ovens, operating at atmospheric pressure. If volatile, flammable, or combustible materials are present, additional safety features can be added to meet Class A oven requirements.
Once the operator closes the access hatches and activates the oven, a heater warms the air, which is then evenly distributed by a fan to ensure consistent temperature throughout. When the oven reaches its setpoint, it automatically reduces output to maintain a stable temperature. If needed, a cool-down process is initiated by venting hot air through an exhaust system, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
