Your Role:
As a Manufacturing Assembler, you will play a key part in our production process, ensuring that every product meets our exacting standards. Working closely with a team of skilled professionals, you will assemble components, perform quality checks, and contribute to the overall success of our manufacturing operations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assemble components and products according to detailed instructions, blueprints, or schematics.
  • Perform inspections to ensure all parts meet quality and safety standards.
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment as required.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve minor assembly issues.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

What We’re Looking For:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing or assembly role preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints or schematics.

Position: Service departement coordinator
Location: Laval, Quebec

YOUR CONTRIBUTION

Here, we are not just looking for someone to fill a position: we want a real builder, a team player ready to have a concrete impact, from day 1. Under the supervision of Sylvain, our service director,you will be a pillar to advance our projects and make our operations even more efficient. Our commercial service department ensures excellence in heating, ventilation and air conditioning for more than 90 restaurants. We provide outstanding service for the maintenance, repair and installation of various equipment related to HVAC.

Thus, you will have to demonstrate continuous collaboration with various colleagues, and you will have to concretely take care of:

  • Ensure exemplary customer relations;
  • Place different orders with suppliers and track them;
  • Ensure the complete cycle of distribution, from call pickup to customer follow-ups;
  • Ensure the complete management of parts;
  • Prepare the orders to be shipped by carrier as well as the material for the projects;
  • Prepare submissions;
  • Manage the team’s schedule;
  • Ensure the management of the vehicle fleet;
  • Ensure inventory management;

Any other related tasks discussed with Sylvain.

YOUR CONTRIBUTION

Here, we are not just looking for someone to fill a position: we want a real builder, a team player ready to have a concrete impact, from day 1. Under the supervision of Lance, our engineering director, you will be a pillar to advance our projects and make our operations even more efficient.

You will have to demonstrate collaboration with the team members. As a cabler assembly, you will concretely have to take care of:

  • Read and interpret electrical plans in order to mount the panels ⚡;
  • Assemble the control panels according to the plans (electrical and mechanical part);
  • Install, Identify, calibrate and adjust different electrical components;
    Wire the electrical and pneumatic components;
  • Ensure that all system components are installed according to plans by checking their functionality;
  • Perform various tests, analyses and corrections so that the systems meet the required requirements;
  • Participate in the preparation of control panel shipments;
    Perform basic programming tasks;

Perform any other related tasks discussed with Lance 🎯.

  • Knowledge of CSA standards (an asset);
