Your Role:
As a Manufacturing Assembler, you will play a key part in our production process, ensuring that every product meets our exacting standards. Working closely with a team of skilled professionals, you will assemble components, perform quality checks, and contribute to the overall success of our manufacturing operations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assemble components and products according to detailed instructions, blueprints, or schematics.
  • Perform inspections to ensure all parts meet quality and safety standards.
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment as required.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve minor assembly issues.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

What We’re Looking For:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints or schematics.

Position: Panels Assembler
Location: Laval, Quebec

YOUR CONTRIBUTION

Here, we are not just looking for someone to fill a position: we want a real builder, a team player ready to have a concrete impact, from day 1. Under the supervision of Lance, our engineering director, you will be a pillar to advance our projects and make our operations even more efficient.

You will have to demonstrate collaboration with the team members. As a cabler assembly, you will concretely have to take care of:

  • Read and interpret electrical plans in order to mount the panels ⚡;
  • Assemble the control panels according to the plans (electrical and mechanical part);
  • Install, Identify, calibrate and adjust different electrical components;
    Wire the electrical and pneumatic components;
  • Ensure that all system components are installed according to plans by checking their functionality;
  • Perform various tests, analyses and corrections so that the systems meet the required requirements;
  • Participate in the preparation of control panel shipments;
    Perform basic programming tasks;

Perform any other related tasks discussed with Lance 🎯.

YOUR CONTRIBUTION

Here, we are not just looking for someone to fill a position: we want a real builder, a team player ready to have a concrete impact, from day 1. Under the supervision of René, our drawing supervisor (also known as friendly and open), you will be a pillar for the manufacturing of different industrial equipment and to ensure follow-up on the different mandates that will be entrusted to you.
You will have to constantly demonstrate collaboration with various colleagues in your position as a draftsman, and you will concretely need to take care of:

• Assist engineers and technicians in the design of industrial projects;
• Drawing manufacturing and assembly plans using the Autodesk suite of software;
• Submit the manufacturing and assembly plans to the production department;
• Identify the list of components (BOM) for the production and purchasing departments;
• Make changes and modifications to manufacturing plans;
• Collaborate with other departments to improve designs and processes;
• Collaborate with machine subcontractors to optimize machine manufacturing;
• Communicate changes and modifications with other departments;
• Ensure compliance with the company’s quality standards;
• Perform any other related tasks discussed with René.
